We first began making the “Cujo” blend in 1997, so this is our thirteenth vintage of this brawny, jammy style. A beautiful magenta hue, aromas of raspberry with a subtle smokiness and briar lead into a burst of spice, Blackberry and a soft caramel finish.

The perfect year for dessert style wines. The 2007 harvest was picked at 30 brix with balanced acidity to create a wonderful digestif with a ripe berry, chocolate and liquorice essence. Age 30 months, 4 barrels produced.
