2005 ‘White Bone’
“The complex 2005 White Bone is a blend of 67% Viognier and 33% Roussanne. Attractive floral, orange rind, marmalade, honeysuckle, and litchi nut characteristics emerge from this medium to full-bodied, exotic effort. Good acidity and pure fruit are also found in this dry white, which should drink beautifully with substantially flavored fish or poultry dishes. Many tasty offerings have emerged from Dover Canyon, one of the wineries situated along Vineyard Drive, Paso Robles’ most scenic wine road.”
—Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate
